Shipping policy
How long does your order take to process?
For all in stock items, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. For items not in stock, we will contact you to let you know lead times. Every item is handmade and requires time to cure so please be patient for out of stock items.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but please understand we are human, working with human hands and human brains. We try to be perfect but sometimes we don't reach those heights.
What about Delivery?
Currently we only ship within the UK. International shipping will become available in early 2023.
We offer free local delivery, in the postcodes below, for all orders over £20. Please allow up to one week for this delivery unless otherwise stated on the site.
Other delivery options are available based on the value of the order and the speed of delivery required.
With prior agreement, orders can be picked up from Darracott Farm. Please choose free local delivery when paying if you would like to collect an order. To arrange a pick up, please phone 01288 272800 or email store@biotaderm.com.
