Delivery
How long it takes
Every product is made by hand in small batches at Darracott Farm. If what you have ordered is in stock, we dispatch within one to two working days. If it is not, we make it for you and dispatch within seven days.
Once your parcel is with the carrier, the delivery time depends on the service you chose. Both options are shown with their timings at checkout.
We will always tell you if something is going to take longer than that.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
What it costs
- Standard delivery, £5.99
- Standard delivery, free on orders over £40
- Express delivery, £7.99
- Express delivery, free on orders over £80
- Local delivery, free on orders over £20
Free local delivery
If you are in one of the postcodes below and your order is over £20, delivery is free and we bring it to you. Allow up to a week.

Collection
You are welcome to collect from Darracott Farm by arrangement. Choose free local delivery at checkout, then phone 01288 272800 or email store@biotaderm.com to arrange a time.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived when it should have, email store@biotaderm.com and we will find out where it is. Where no delivery time has been agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest.
